{"id":117,"date":"2022-02-16T20:02:43","date_gmt":"2022-02-16T20:02:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/chh.ufm.edu\/en\/?page_id=117"},"modified":"2023-12-07T16:16:48","modified_gmt":"2023-12-07T22:16:48","slug":"lectures","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/chh.ufm.edu\/en\/lectures\/","title":{"rendered":"Lectures"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1>\n\t\tLectures\n\t<\/h1>\n\t<p>The lectures are intended to help foster an academic culture in the students, as well as providing them with exposure to national and international experts who come to share their ideas and experiences on liberal issues.<\/p>\n<p>As part of their courses, students attend a minimum of five lectures per semester.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\tUpcoming Lectures\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Ve las conferencias pasadas, haciendo<strong> clic aqu\u00ed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\tRules for Students Participating in Lectures\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<h4>Reserve your Place<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Book through MiU portal.<\/li>\n<li>If you want to cancel your reservation, you must do so through MiU, at least two hours before the conference starts. If not, it will be considered as an absence and you will be penalized.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Waiting List<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>If there are no places available when you access MiU, you must go to the lecture venue 30 minutes before it is due to start to be put on the waiting list.<\/li>\n<li>Admission will depend on availability of places.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Penalizations<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>If you fail to cancel two lecture reservations, participation in a lecture that you have attended will be voided.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>During the Lecture<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Turn off your cell phone or activate silent mode.<\/li>\n<li>Places cannot be held for other people.<\/li>\n<li>Do not interrupt others during the lecture.
